Pain monitors the limits of the human body.
Without our inherent pain response, our bodies would be overworked or destroyed by dysfunctional movement patterns, poor posture, repetitive motion injuries, improper nutritional intake, poor elimination of body toxins....all of which create stress related dis-ease.
We believe no one should be in pain, on any level, when given the correct information about what
